This concerns :
- any beta-tester from August 21st
- administrators (+ beta-testers) from September 1st
- sub-administrators (+ beta-testers) from September 8th
- everyone from September 15th
On these dates the version 18.0 of CS licenses will be the new one in use. The 16.0 will be discontinued on September 1st for everyone. That means there's a transition period where only 17.0 version will be in use from September 1st to September 15th for everyone (until September 18th for sub-administrators).
The 18.0 version extends, in specific conditions only, the delay for repairing an use fault from 30 days to 90 days.
This is also available in the case of material used with a commercial goal, or having a problem of commercial distribution.
This delay can only be applied in case of prolonged absence from one of the two parties: the licensor (creator of the material) and the licensee (user of the material).
If any abuses are reported, the license use can be discontinued without any delay for the licensee.
Beta-testers can use this license whenever they want during the 10 days of "beta-test only period" (August 21st -> August 31st).
This new is valid from September 1st.
