On this forum, you can't see the real mail of a member. The member can set a private mail. If he/she has got a public mail for his/her artworks, there's a solution for members and an other for non-members.
For the members :
1) Send a private message to the author and ask to him/her his/her public mail.
2) Get it and write to him/her.
For the non-members :
1) Go on the website of the author. You'll find a mail, and a contact form.
2) Fill the contact form and ask to him/her your question.
The reason why we don't show the mails in public is to protect our members from unauthorized use like spam etc.
