An identification code can be used by the members like a ISRC. However, it doesn't replace it. A ISRC number is used for deposed works. Not the identification code.
The code shows :
- the provenance of the author (ex : 12FR for me, that means that I'm from France and, here, from the 91st department).
- the air date in the format YYMMDD. (ex : today I write the post on August, 17th 2014, an air date for this day will be 140817).
- the number of the work in the account. We use one account for a website only. (ex : my songs on Soundation have got this number). There are 6 spaces. The number is classed by incrementing : more a file is young, more the number will be big.
You can create it with your own data, or ask help to me. However, in this case, I'll need the total number of your works on the account of your platform.
The identification number is in the title of the topic.
